International Orders, Duties & Import Charges
For all international orders, please note that customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost displayed at checkout. They are levied by local customs authorities and are outside of our control. Couriers may advance these charges on behalf of the importer and invoice the recipient directly prior to or after delivery.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable import charges required to release the shipment into your country.
Delivery delays, shipping disruptions, or extended transit times do not exempt the importer from these charges. Refusal or non-payment of customs charges may result in delays, storage fees, or return of the goods at the customer’s expense.
